He worked hard with us and our real estate agent answering numerous questions and being supportive throughout the process. Zachary Day our project manager oversaw the building of our home. He provided continuous updates on our home, also answered numerous questions, and was very attentive to details. Zach cared about making sure he met all of our expectations. Before touring the Baker Grove Community, I had picked out a home and started the mortgage process with one of the competitors. I was VERY unhappy with the competitor’s customer service and not caring about my needs as a new home buyer. My husband drove by Baker Grove and said I have a good feeling about this place. Ok……where to begin: well, so far if I could give 10 stars, I would! I had an appointment on day 2 of the Linden Park opening with Michael Johnson. (I couldn’t get down there on day one) We ended up arriving early and Sierra greeted us at the door and welcomed us in. We were introduced to Michael and, without hesitation he said he was available and we got to work. We spec’d the Stapleton model and Michael spent an enormous amount of time with us, getting it just the way we wanted it. He then went above and beyond (along with Sierra) to get us the property that we wanted for our house. (That was no easy feat and any lessor person(s) would not have been able to accomplish what they did). Michael has been in constant contact with me answering any questions we have, keeping us updated on any changes, amendments, etc. AND, has treated us in the most professional way that I have ever seen. It feels like we have known him forever. He also happens to be just a really nice guy. We couldn't be happier and we are so excited to be building our new home in Linden Park. So this is an addition to my husband’s (Glenn Schaffer) review of a few weeks ago. The construction on our home started on December 20th and OMG are these guys cooking, lol……… He told you about our salesman Michael Johnson already and how incredible he was…….well, he still is! Most salesmen walk away after they get the sale, not Michael. Michael has been in constant contact with us and has responded to every question and request that we have asked of him. He is truly amazing and is a huge asset to the Ryan Homes company! You listening NVR/Ryan Homes? Then, we had our pre-construction meeting. Just when you think they can’t come up with anyone who can stand toe to toe with Michael and Sierra……BAM, in comes our production manager Bennett Howard and our asst. production manager Kevin Cook. I don’t even know where to start or if I can adequately articulate how incredible these guys are. Bennett is wise beyond his years! He a young guy who possess the customer service skills of someone twice his age. He is attentive, concerned, able to listen to our needs/wants and put them into place for us. We have added to the construction numerous times since we signed the contract and Bennet has gotten everything put in place, no questions asked. When Bennett went on a short vacation, in steps his asst. Kevin and he didn’t miss a step. Like Bennett, Kevin was there for us to answer questions, guide us along with what the crews were doing and made himself available for anything we needed. Our experience so far with Ryan homes has been exemplary. It is impossible for them to have done anything more for us than they have done, so far. We have owned 4 homes already, so this isn’t our first go around although it is our first new construction home. If you are looking for a beautiful, affordable, quality built new home in an incredible development, you just found it! Come on down and be our neighbors! We are so excited……we can’t wait! My husband and I have purchased our first Ryan home. Our sales representative was Sierra Hines who was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, and KNOWLEDGEABLE. Our first meeting she new our names and what we do for work. She knew that we lived in New Hampshire first sold our home then, moved to Colorado and now we are relocating to South Carolina. This is what a PROFESSIONAL realtor does. Sierra made us feel as though she knew us our whole life. She worked above and beyond for my husband and I to purchase our new Palladio home by Ryan. Look no further! Linden Park is a new development with great amenities, beautiful views and a friendly, family oriented community. Everyone here is so nice and we love our new neighbors. Michael was our sales rep. He is so professional, kindhearted and accessible. Our contract manager Bennett is amazing! He would send us videos and pictures of the entire building process.
